Instructors must complete the Account Activation Process in order to be assigned students and book sessions. The Online Classroom is accessed through the Instructor Dashboard.

Prerequisites: Admins have added you as a user to the system | You’ve received an Activation Email
Note: The prerequisites listed above are actions that your Admin and/or Instructor must do on your behalf. Please reach out to them if you have not received the Activation Email.

Step 1: Open Activation Email
Note: If you’ve already activated your instructor account on a different organization and you’ve been invited to a new organization, you won’t need to complete steps 2 and 3 again. You’ll be signed in to your new organization upon clicking “Click Here To Get Started.”
To set up an account, click the link “Click Here To Get Started” in your account activation email. (See the example below)
Once you’ve clicked on the "Click Here To Get Started" button you'll be prompted with several steps.
Step 2: Create a password
You will use your email address and the password that you set to log into your Instructor Dashboard. Your password must be at least 8 characters in length. Or, you can connect your Google account by selecting “Use Google Authentication.”
As soon as you click "Save Your Password" you'll be able to access your Instructor Dashboard. From your organization's login page, use your email address and password to log into your Instructor Dashboard.
Note the web address in the address bar to get back to the site later.
Step 3: Accept Terms of Service
Check the “I accept the Terms of Service” box and the blue “Accept button.”
Congratulations! Your account is activated and you now have access to your Instructor Dashboard.
To familiarize yourself with the Online Classroom, click the “Demo Classroom” link to enter and practice using the online classroom tools and whiteboards. (See below)
Note: Your organization’s administrator will need to assign you a student before you are able to book a session with the student.
