Organization Admins need ready access to data in order to run their business effectively. This article discusses how to use the data Insights feature as an analytics tool for your organization.
Users: This article is for Organization Administrators
Prerequisites: Account is activated | Users are live | Sessions are taking place | Instructors and Students are completing the Post-Session Reports at the end of their sessions
Read step-by-step instructions below:
The Insights tab provides a snapshot of the “health” of the organization with aggregate data related to sessions, user count, user feedback, and billing to help you manage and grow your business.
To view the Insights page from the Admin Dashboard click on “Insights” under Classroom,
or from the left navigation bar.
The Insights page presents a dashboard of aggregate data.
To filter data based on the timeframe, click on the Timeframe dropdown menu.
To filter data within a specific time range, click in the “From” and “To” fields to designate dates using the calendar.
To filter data based on the Program type, click on the Program field.
Note: Billing information is available as a whole across your organization’s programs. If you filter based on the Program, billing data is not currently available. Future updates to this feature will provide more in-depth insights.
Or filter data related to a specific Student or Instructor.
Click the “Filter” button to view filtered data. The data will change to reflect the new criteria.
The Session Feedback section is directly connected to the Post-Session Reports that your Instructors and Students complete at the end of their sessions. In the Session Feedback tab, use the drop-down menu under Select Question to filter data based on the question type.
