Structuring and setting your Programs

The Programs feature allows you to distinguish your offerings based on subject matter, price, location, and/or seasonality. Every session conducted on the platform is connected to a program.

Follow the step-by-step instructions outlined below:

To begin customizing your programs, click on the "Programs" tab located on your Admin Dashboard,

or in the left navigation bar from your Admin Home Screen. Left nav programs


When your account is created, a "Default Program" is automatically generated for your account on the Program Management page.

To customize the default program, click on the name "Default Program" in blue.

From there, you will be prompted with a form to update the details of the program.

Customize the title of your program to reflect the academic subject, seasonal offering, or program delivered at a specific location. 

For example - Spring 2021 SAT Prep,  1-hour Essay Writing, One-on-One Academic Coaching, Physics, etc...

Program titles are visible to other users on the platform. We recommend titling your programs as something simple and recognizable.

Billing fees, program duration, and program notes are used for internal notes and tracking. Those details are hidden from the instructor, student, and parent users. 

The billing section is set according to your billing and payment structure. Pricing rates can be per session or per hour. The session fee and instructor fees are displayed on the admin past sessions page and are used to inform billing and payroll.

The program duration can be ongoing or seasonal and notes are an optional field to specify program details.

Once complete, click the blue "Save" button to save the updated program.

To navigate back to the Program Management page, click "Programs" in the left navigation bar.

To add additional programs, use the "Add Program" box on the left side of the Program Management page. Complete the form and click the blue "Save" button to create the new program.

Make sure to set the default program to your most popular or flagship service. This is the program that will be associated with the session unless the admin or instructor selects a different program in the drop-down menu. To change the default program, click the "Make Default" button next to the program you wish to select.

To remove a program from your organization, click the trash can icon next to the program you wish to delete.
